Crabb Apples

The area where I walk the pups used to be an orchard but has turned over to farming and agriculture, but there are still a few Crabb Apple trees about which is great in Summer and Autumn. Many apple crumbles and apple sauce was made last year yum yum. This particular tree was overflowing with fruit but because there was so many they were all quite small and I think they were left because of this as it would have taken ages to peel them and they are now just lying scattered about the tree which the pups still enjoy having a nibble on as well as birds and insects.
