Preparing to Remember

A detail of one of the wreaths that arrived today. We will lay it next weekend, to remember the fallen.

I will not forget visiting the War Cemetery in Arras, France, a few years ago, to see where my Great Uncle is remembered. He died in WW1. If he had lived, I would have known him. I felt sad I had been denied the chance of that relationship.
