Smithfield Market

I had a meeting this morning in a tiny office near the Barbican; fortunately the person I was meeting suggested we get out of the tiny office and meet in a nearby cafe.
Even more fortunately, the route to the nearby cafe took me past Smithfield meat market.
Unfortunately it was too late in the day to see any butchers at work.

I have no idea why there are four phone boxes in the market, or why they are different sizes.......
