Waiting

Spent a frustrating day waiting for someone from our insurance company's loss adjustment firm to arrive, to take a look at the damage in Amy's bedroom from the Christmas storms. So annoying when you're told they will arrive 'sometime' in the morning, and then they actually arrive at 3.15 in the afternoon! Of course they are very busy at the moment and they did agree that it is in fact storm damage, so it was worth the wait.

I also got the chance to do some more machine embroidery, which I do love, so not such a waste of time when I think about it!
