Went to a work conference today. We had a small awards ceremony before we left, the company provided some champagne and asked the hotel to provide a few nibbles.

They put out half frozen doughnuts, some peanuts on a plate, some chocolate coins and several large bowls of wotsits?! It was like the worst children's party buffet in history. Needless to say our director was a 'tad' unimpressed.
