A slightly bittersweet feeling stepping away from the committee.  They've been a good bunch to work with, and it's been good to drive the work in a few new directions; some of which have worked well.

The talk was well received and I managed to deliver it without the notes or, indeed, any text as the Lego scenes you've seen recently were the format of all the slides - just adding some visual cues.  The topics I missed by doing it this way were covered by the subsequent Q&A.

Somewhat manic early evening as I'd got back a bit late due to meetings, and had to verify the slides worked on the laptop - which they did - eventually, so I wasn't able to cook as was the plan; so M put something together quickly - but in the rush we all forgot Mum wanted something kept for her when she arrived back later...  I'm typing this from the doghouse.
