Terracotta Lantern Warriors - Edinburgh

No doubt, done to death as a subject, but I've just got there. After a dull day we went to the Terracotta Lantern Warriors, in the Old College Quad. They were created by Chinese artist Xia Nan, for the Beijing Olympics and are being displayed in Edinburgh. They looked good this evening with the damp pavements reflecting the colours. As it has been so wet, you couldn't walk between them, but that meant it was easier to take photos without people intruding. The contrast is very high between the bodies and the rest of the lantern, so I needed to tweak the contrast, to get any colour in the heads at all. Is it just me?, but don't they look a bit like Tintin from the rear? Friday is the last day they will be lit up.
