Stripped

I love older houses. I can live in them in almost any state, as long as my mind can see how they once were and how they could be again. My current home is the newest house I've owned: built in 1925, but in late Victorian style, to match the existing stock on the road. The internal panelled doors are amongst my favourite of its features. A previous owner had them stripped of paint, retaining the original brass furniture. Beautiful.
