Strip One: ah, the Gaydar crew. One of my favorite jokes. I just drew a new one today that has them, and an iphone app.

Strip Two: When my husband and I were dating we were in line for Scream 2, and three Navy kids in front of us started going on and on about fags. fag this, fag that, etc. And then what they wanted to do to said fags. I am not a big guy, and I had never in my life seen actual homophobia, and I didn't know Frank very well just yet. But without even missing a beat he leaned in and told them that they needed to watch what they said - and these three huge tough guys backed down immediately. I have seen this happen again and again all over the country - so I say now what I said then: if you keep quiet, you're saying it's all right. But, also: be careful.
