Käsespätzle

Anyone who has been to Germany will have tried this beautiful, beautiful dish. I brought some back from Switzerland and made it for Ellen and Rob - and it was divine. It's essentially a pasta bake - a sort, doughy, potato spätzle smothered in Emmental, bacon, peppers and onions. Mmmm...
