Homemade hamburger buns

Or, in this case, sandwich buns. Last week I got a chance to purchase a premium ham for a very good price. We've had a couple of hams lately, and are pretty much hammed out. But, I wasn't going to pass it up. So, today I made three dozen sandwich buns, resulting in three dozen ham sandwiches. We had a couple for supper, along with homemade tomato soup, and the rest will go in the freezer. Then, we can take out a couple and nuke them in the microwave for a minute, or fifteen minutes in a 350 degree oven. Makes a quick, dandy meal.
