Gebbies Pass Lookout

Waitangi Day turned on the sun on the Peninsula today, so on my way back from dropping Mum and Dad back home (they've just arrived back from a cold UK to this weather, lucky them!) I stopped to take this shot from the top of Gebbies Pass, just at the end of the Summit Road, looking out toward Lake Ellesmere/Te Waihora

Tomorrow's another day off for me, second of the four day long weekend. Chores around the section call, including some lawn mowing and general gardening. Here's hoping the sun keeps on shining. If not, I have some photos to mat and mount, ready for sale at the Blue Duck Cafe once more.
