Carlos and Penne

We had a social outing tonight when we went to Gresham and visited with the lady I did the genealogy for and her husband. The menfolk went downstairs to watch the game and she and I visited, and went over the genealogy and we all had pizza and drinks and it was very nice. These are her two cats, Carlos Santana, the bigger male and Penne Pasta, the sweet faced female. The two cats are not related to one another, as you can see I think. Carlos is very friendly and Penne is on the shy side.

Freezing cold, lots of wind to make the wind chill factor pretty low and snow in the forecast. We are going to get some of what the rest of the country has been dealing with for weeks. Boo.

I finished my book, "Wild" by Cheryl Strayed. I enjoyed it very much. Sex, drugs and hiking ...but it is well written and it's mostly not about sex and drugs. Give it a go, if you like to read.
