Devon floods

This is nothing like as bad as the Somerset levels flooding, nor has the shoreline been washed away or the railway left suspended over the sea as the sea wall was demolished beneath it, or a pier broken in half etc etc. But this is the the view from the M5 between Exeter and Tiverton (as I was a passenger I hasten to add!)
