Onion Uttapam

Great food. I love it and we were in a very basic hotel (restaurant/cafes called hotels here) price was about 75 INR per head and this was an onion/pepper dosa .. not much time to linger over meals though. The place was packed and most people are in and out in about 20 mins .. not at all like France!

And only the right hand ever touches the food!
