Went to the town of Moers today, as usual with most Towns finding a Parking space was a bit fraught, especially as there were places free in the "Women Only" bay, lots of space, until this Young Lady and the one behind her (in the black VW), who promptly abandoned their cars and scuttled off, together , in the direction of town. Thoughtless doesn't come into it.
