Keurboomstrand
On the other side of the Keurbooms River from Plettenberg Bay, but only a short distance from where we are staying, is Keurboomstrand (strand being beach). It’s rocky and wild and beautiful. We walked along the sand hoping to reach the rock formation of the Arch, but as the tide was fast coming in, we turned back before we got cut off. In the UK there would be a sign warning you about this possibility, but this is South Africa and everything is at your own risk - no mollycoddling here!
Best large.
And this time last year I was able to photograph the most famous tree on Blip.
