Biology Assessment

For GCSE science you have to do three controlled assessments- one for biology, one for chemistry and one for physics.

This is a picture if the remnants of our lipase and milk experiment which in the end had to be changed as no one could get it to work!

Instead we did an experiment with amylase and starch. This provided a much cleared colour change and therefore a much cleared indication of the time of enzyme activity.
