Three Blippers and a Pal go walking

As this awful weather goes in waves across the country we took advantage of a dry start to the day to get out into St Ives and catch up with each other's news. A fine walk was finished off with toasted teacakes (some more toasted than others!) and cuppas in Lady Bs, then it was jigsaw swap and home.

This afternoon has been devoted to catching up on admin and completing our application forms to be Tourmakers for Le Grand Depart. We also had to respond to several scenarios which tested our fitness for crowd control! In other Le Tour news, my mini cycling jersey bunting has now gone up in the Learning Commons at school so that will probably feature in a blip next week, and the cyclists for Le Grand Depart Housepoint race are ready to go up after half term....watch this space!
