Over the Sea to Skye

Drove up from Glasgow this afternoon and caught the Cal Mac ferry in Mallaig across to to the south end of Skye.
The weather was varied, as usual in this part of the world. One minute we were swamped by heavy showers that were close to sleet. Next minute, the landscape was bathed in glorious sunshine.
By the time the ferry was half way across Sound of Sleat the sun was shrouded behind some ominous looking clouds. But a few rays were still visible, dancing on the water.
Tomorrow, one of the highlights of my year - working with the media students at Sabhal Mor Ostaig.
