Cardiff Castle Grounds

I had my first call out in my new job today which entailed a run between The Royal Gwent Hospital, Newport and The University of Wales, Heath, Cardiff.

Being in Cardiff, I took the opportunity to go around the castle to get a blip photo. Again, it was constant rain. Making images look better in dull conditions isn't easy!

What's unusual about this photo is that today The Union Jack Flag is flying on the Castle Keep; it's normally The Welsh Dragon flag.

I understand it's changed today for the 61st Anniversary of The Queens marriage.
