Reflective

I've been a bit down this month - I'm not a fan of January as it's been full of rubbish news for quite a few years in a row now.

I've been reflecting today on the things I like about my job; the things I don't; and what I want from my career in the future.

I've also been thinking about how I can address problems and the things I'm not happy with as I've been a bit moany and grumpy lately and it's not the type of person I want to be!

I'm used to having a bit of time for reflection in my job and I realise that I've not made time for some thinking time for ages and I've let things build up and have gotten STRESSED.

Time for an early night tonight I think :)
