Crystals in the sky

I decided to drive around the area at lunch time today, and ran into many closed roads where workers were clearing broken and fallen trees and repairing power lines. Many, many people still have no heat or electricity, and will not for several more days.

But in the midst of all the rubble, I looked up, and saw snow and ice still clinging to the bare branches. Of course the sky is as blue as ever. Hope.
