Modern Art
Back to London again today and it was the first day proper of the tube strike. I am not sure if the media were in the same London as I was but everything was orderly and people helping each other finding a way round the various closures. I decided to walk anyway from Moorgate an see where I ended up. Before I knew it I was at the Millennium Bridge. Half way across I saw a bunch of girls with one taking a photo of the rest. My kids tell me I have 'photo tourettes' . I cannot resist offering to take photos for people. The girls were dead chuffed. It was a great walk over the bridge to the Tate Modern. I had a delicious afternoon looking round the comprehensive Klee exhibition . Loved it. Very interesting historically too. As I left I noticed the patterns on the escalators . It is almost like an installation in itself. Hell, knowing the Tate it actually IS an installation.
