Chest & Heart

Our children will be raising awareness of this charity on out mufti day tomorrow. They will be continuing to learn about the importance of a healthy lifestyle & learning how to raise the profile of Guernsey Chest & Heart.

I went for the free screening a few years ago and they have a few tests to check that you're not suffering from anything that you wouldn't notice but could be treated before it gets too serious. It checks that you're on the right track with cholesterol levels & weight etc.

Also looking forward to mufti tomorrow- all dressed in red- not exactly the most calming colour to end a rather wild week but all for a good cause! That's if we are not all stranded by flooding!
