F is for Faulty Flash

My trusty compact camera is working perfectly except for the fact that the flash has stopped working for some reason. At this time of year, that causes me a problem as I never seem to have time to take photographs when nature is providing the lighting. It does at least force me to use my DSLR but that is not quite as convenient to carry around so gets left at home.
