YellowLegs

A Greater Yellowlegs to be more exact. The Greater and Lesser Yellowlegs look very much alike. I'm pretty sure that this is the former. I spotted this beauty and a friend at the Home Depot Rainwater Catchment this morning. There were lots of birds there. The usual Muscovy Ducks, a few Mallard pairs, a pair of Plovers, many, many Laughing Gulls, and a trio of some type of gull/tern/? something or another which I haven't been able to identify, yet. Then I stopped by Chapman's Pond to see the Blue Winged Teals and a sweet Turtle. Then home to find a Hummer relaxing on a tree limb above the pond. Twas an Amazing Bird Day! Spring Migration is in full swing here in North Central Florida!
