As Dalgety Bay expands and more families and businesses move into this location we still have this eye sore to put up with, and this eye sore will stay until someone has the capital to buy the land it sits on.
The price rises as the owners know full well that this is a key piece of land with a brand new Asda directly across from it and plans for other businesses surrounding this clapped out building.
