More flooding

Had to drive over to Swallowfield this morning. ROAD CLOSED greeted me but since I was driving the van I thought I would carry on. This road was raised by several feet a few years go so that it would no longer be affected by flooding. Wrong! This is a field ( not the river) and you may notice beyond the two trees a pylon. When is it all going to end?
