Throw or keep?

Sorting out the bedroom today (I'm a terrible hoarder and need to be more ruthless in getting rid of things I don't use!) I came across this little Boyd's bear.

He used to sit on top of my dressing table, but being a collector's bear, he really needed to be pampered and kept out of the sunlight.

I find him cute, but I need to get rid of an awful lot of things I felt "might come in sometime". I bought him as I liked his little jumper and velour pantaloons. The thing is - should he stay or should he go?!
