Thankful for the rest

I was starting to think TRABT was only sunny in my childhood memories, after arriving soggy again. But out it popped, to burn away some of the mist and drizzle; to suggest it was warn would be a big stretch.

Spots bit: the idea was 3+ hours of riding with 2 X 20 min efforts at top of Z3. The reality tho was a tempered first 20 with the second far too hard, as I tried to force my heavy legs to chase the strava shadow of my last visit. Then well overdone it again trying to get back up and over at the green kettle!

So while not the plan, it should at least be enough to balance out tonight's big and spicy curry!
