....that time of year....

November in our office is appraisal month, so I have spent much of today getting ready to appraise my team, two a week for the rest of the month. We have a new system this year so it is likely to be even more stressful for some people, and whilst I'm not stressed I do feel a tad daunted by it all because of the number I need to do.

Hey ho the joys of being a manager! but I have to say I do have a really great team :)
