After the storm!

and before the next one !!
Amazing when the sun comes out you forget all about the flooding, waves and uprooted trees!
Supposed to be very windy overnight again but we are well past the highest Spring tides which helps a lot.
Even saw some fishing boats coming and going today, brilliant, those guys have suffered enough from lack of income, I think!
Supermarkets in Guernsey were a bit empty today as the ferries were disrupted, which is guaranteed to produce a buying frenzy and empty the shelves!
I got in early so have enough food to last until August Bank Holiday...that should do it.... (actually I am kidding!).
