Blood and Yoga

Gave blood today. Felt wonky afterwards until I'd had a sit down and a cuppa tea. Rather daftly, went to yoga in the evening.

Came home, put onesie on, wondered what to blip - led on floor and waved me legs about. Blipped :-)
