Not just any knife

Eubers has surpassed himself.

He made a new handle for an old cheese knife blade today. When I last saw the 'handle' it was just a chunk of awkward, cumbersome wood stuck on to a wee blade. Today he transformed it into an elegant wooden handled knife with a beautiful curved shaped handle. The rough has gone the smooth has come.

It's a real object of beauty.
