In Training

I am very much in training for my Great Wall of China walk which I feel is actually 3 challenges rolled into one!

1. Get fit enough
2. Raise enough money
3. Actually do it!

So I'm committed to training 5 days a week and already (in just 2 weeks) I've seen my hill walking on the cross trainer go from struggling to get to 5km to now doing 6kms with ease so I am a very happy bunny!

The goal is to build stamina, gain balance, develop core strength and improve CV....
