British pond life

This little creature lives in the British pond exhibit at the Horniman Museum's aquarium. A great place for a quick afternoon out. And so much blip potential (seahorses, jelly fish, a stuffed walrus from the 1880s) but I settled on this one as s/he kindly obliged by staying still. Plus singing 'One little speckled frog sitting on a speckled log' with my 3 year old was fun.
