No friends were sacrificed...
during the taking of this blip.
This is my friend and fellow tearoom aficionado, Alice, on top of Kinnoul Hill. It was a beautiful day here - sun shining, birds singing, snowdrops growing. Kinnoull is great as its a lovely woodland walk with the benefit of a cracking view from the top. The only down side is this stone table which, every time I see it, reminds me of the table that Aslan was sacrificed on in The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe. The book I had when I was younger had a line drawing of the event and to say I was traumatised by the picture, and the description, would be an understatement (the only thing that came close to the level of trauma was the clown doll in the film Poltergeist - god, I hate clowns!)
