Lumpy and Spotty

I wasn't going to post a blip today. Woke up spotty and lumpy and with severe joint pain. A coupe of years ago I wouldn't have taken any notice and got on with stuff. But a few months ago I had to start taking some heavy duty drugs (long story) so I took myself down to the docs. The only thing she could put it down to was jet lag!!! So it was mainly sleeping and major painkllers today.
