Exercise equipment
I've been doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred exercise DVD and recently moved onto Level 3 which has quite a few exercises on your elbows (plank type moves). The rug wasn't proving very comfortable for these so Chris suggested using one of the blocking mats for my knitting - they're foam jigsaw pieces. It works really well, and even matches my weights!
