Alchemy

It never ceases to amaze me how such simple ingredients whizzed together and baked make such an amazing result, cake. Manna from heaven! Today has been a whole day of baking with my lovely lovely sister who took a day off work to help me. We baked and baked and baked for the cake stall we ran for the PTA at the school fashion show. Chocolate, Victoria sponge, lemon drizzle, cake pops, banana loaf, orange, mini choc sandwhich etc etc India was modelling in the fashion show so we all went to support her including mum and dad. India was great and i whooped and wolf whistled when my fabulous friends came on too! Everyone had a hoot. Heidi was transfixed especially by the Bollywood dancing and her sister. After we got home to a grumpy mr.w tanya and I cleaned the kitchen and escaped to the after party at Piccolinos. Good tequila!
