Winter wonderland

Very snow-filled day. In the morning John and skied to our son's apartment (he had tempted us by offering cappucinos at his "warming hut"), 2 miles maybe. Then, I'm ashamed to admit this, we asked him to give us a ride back. The grandchildren plus a friend came to sled and have lunch, then another storm with more snow moved in. So here we are, all evening activities canceled, holed up getting ready to watch Olympic opening ceremonies.
