Leaving snowy PA

Last day of training. And headed to the regional distribution centre and customer call centre in nearby Bridgeport NJ. An impressive operation with boxes and pallets piles sky high. Forklifts and conveyor belts whizzing around.

Also spent time listening in on the customer care line calls. One pretty pissed customer wanting to know where his order was. I managed to help the lady manning the phone as she was looking for FedEx order with tracking number but she missed off last digit when copying and pasting. I was her new best friend. Will certainly be more respectful of call centre staff in the future.

Then a short drive back to Philly airport. Had a few hours to kill so met up with some of the other people on the course for a bite to eat before going our separate ways. Blipped a pic shortly after take off showing how snowy it still was. Was snowy pretty much all the way to Texas. Was on crappy old
MD-80 which has zero leg room. Then flight from Dallas to SD was delayed an hour as they had no crew. Slightly better seats with extended leg room on that flight but by that time my back was hurting so couldn't get comfortable.

Back in my own bed tonight. I had an enjoyable and interesting week!
