What a Friend We Have in Cheeses...

Going to have a guest to watch the opening of the Winter Olympics, so I thought a jog down to the village would be nice. Well, a jog in my 4-wheel drive truck...it's snowing. Went to my friend's shop and picked up these cheeses...my faves...for a nosh. Also some camembert with fig jam, I was thinking. Turned out just yummy.

Loved the opening...all those wonderful kids so happy. I was on the ski team in high school and college in Montana so I love the Winter Games. Many from all over the USA and abroad train here because of the high altitude...speed skaters in Butte, mogul skiers and snow-boarders in Missoula and downhillers in Bozeman and Big Sky. It was announced tonight that Bozeman is going to bid for the 2026 Winter Olympics. I'll go if I'm around!
