Morning on the slopes

The Russian Winter Olympics started officially last night

Zaha Hadid's restaurant is the nearest I will get to a snow covered mountain, however I had a slight tear in my eye watching the opening ceremony last night.

My emotion reached a crescendo looking at the beautiful constructivist typography used to illustrate the workers revolution period in Russian history.

I would have loved to posted a link here to this. Unfortunately I can't find anything on the web, only endless pictures of the Olympic ring that didn't open. I hate it when people just focus on the negative.
