Matadero Madrid

I've been feeling under the weather this weekend, but I wanted to get out and enjoy the clear skies. Pablo recommended I go to the Matadero near the river. I took the metro to Plaza Legazpi and immediately saw the place. The whole complex was great. The architecture was all brick and the main plaza was wide and open. The sun beamed against the sides of the buildings and people were enjoying the lazy Sunday afternoon. It was great. I've got to go back and sit at that café.
