Winter moorings on the Wareham River

View eastwards from Wareham Bridge towards Ridge and Arne

A welcome dose of sunshine illuminates the boats closest to the bridge, the more distant boats and threatening sky giving a truer indication of today's weather. There are clues in the treetops that a strong wind is blowing from right to left.

The yacht on the left is moored at the end of the garden of Wareham's Priory Hotel, the subject of last Thursday's blip.
