Poser Stanley butter would not melt

Funny weather today dark with pouring rain then out comes the sun .
We had a trip out to St Osyth to look at a plot of land then home for lunch .
Then time to let naughty Stanley out since yesterday when he got out of the harness and went over the fence I have had two fights with him he now just jumps the fence so I am stuck what to do about him he is crying at the door so wants to be able to go outside but with the fits I can't let him any ideas bloopers .
