Through the window

This morning as we were having breakfast,the rain lashed down, the wind blew in a gale, but a rainbow appeared very briefly - by the time I took the third shot, it had vanished.
We battled through the elements to unlock the church, check the altar flowers for tomorrow, and take the dog for a walk!
Tonight it is the Silent Auction at the village hall - wine and supper included in the price of the tickets. So no cooking this evening, and who knows what treasures await our bids!
It doesn't seem a whole year since the last one!
