Fresh Air

Lovely blue skies this morning so we decided to go for a walk, only made it a hundred yards down the road when we had to turn back as hubby was struggling to walk, he put his back out on Thursday!!! Once home got him settled with a hot water bottle at his back and some painkillers.

Decided to still go for my walk , this time I had my sister for company. We walked for 5 miles and had a good old blether along the way.
